Summer is a lovely natured, friendly mare.
Broken in by me approximately 6 months ago, and she was no trouble at all.
Has been in regular work over the last 6 months and is a reliable, consistent mount. She is great to catch and float, great with feet but has never needed shoes so can't say she is great to shoe.
Leave her for a few weeks and pull her out the paddock for a ride and she will just walk off.... not girthy at all and doesn't need any working down.
I have had backpackers working for me recently, and have used her for them to have a ride on... they fall all over her (as you can see at the start the video) and all she does is swish her tail a bit.
Whislt she has been ridden by a beginner I would love to see her go to a pony club home or as a second horse where she can receive further education.
Summer is always the first one to walk up to you in the paddock!
She is very willing and will be a pleasure to educate.
