Up for sale is a fantastic complete home gym.
1. York Pacer 3100 foldable treadmill. Manual speed control from 3.9 - 9.5 kph, 4 elevated positions. LED function panel is patchy in some places, but still works and doesn't affect the performance of the machine at all. With a weight limit of 100kg, this treadmill is designed for both the serious runner or dedicated walker.
2. York Magnaforce Magnetic 5000 Resistance cycle. The electronics allow for several variations. Choose from a preset course or create your own exercise routine. The bike has a weight limit of 115kgs.
3. York Mega Max 3301 verticle press home gym which includes dipping station and leg raise attachment. This is a fantastic all in one unit that enables you to do numerous different exercises including pec dec, vertical press, upper cable with lat bar exercises, lower cable with short bar and chain for seated rowing, laying curls, triceps extensions and more. Also allows for leg curl/thigh extension and attachments for single handed exercies and ankle strap with chain for inner thigh lateral. As mentioned above this unit also includes a dipping station and leg raise attachment. This unit is in excellent condition. Includes 21 individual weights of 10 lbs each enabling a total of 210 lbs (95.5 kgs) to be lifted. Comes with illustrated exercise regime.
The treadmill, exercise bike and gym are in great used condition, with hardly any use over the last few years. Instruction manuals included. All items have always been housed indoors. Selling to make room for a pool table.
